The objective of this competition is to outline the methodology and findings from your research clearly and concisely, so that they can be understood with a 3-minute presentation. One presenter only will be allowed for each poster. All submitted abstracts will be assessed for eligibility and selected posters will be informed for the poster presentation during the conference days at the Diplomat Radisson BLU Hotel, Kingdom of Bahrain.

  2. Highlight innovative techniques, treatments, or research findings.
  3. Discuss challenges and solutions in prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care.
  4. Showcase interdisciplinary approaches involving obstetrics, such as collaborations with neonatology or genetics.

  • Submission must be prepared in English language not exceeding 300 words.
  • All the mandatory filled should be completed and submitted through the website only.
  • Poster/Research Title, Presenters name, Designation and Institution, Acknowledgment to the Guide, Email address for correspondence, Phone number, should be included in the submission.


  • All accepted poster/Research requires to: Send by email, the final Poster version as a link (Drive or WeTransfer link) along with the copy of Conference Registration “The Ticket” Email to
  • The final submission should be arranged only with the conference templet in a vertical format, dimension: W 75 cm x H 150 cm, high resolution PDF file, the poster should include the original templet design without any change on the header or logos position, the templet will be provided to the accepted Poster/Research.
  • The accepted Poster/Research will be printed on the poster arena inside the Posters & Research Exhibition.
  • The poster printing cost & installation will be borne by the Organizing Committee, All the Accepted Poster/Research should register for the conference online through the website
