Be A Speaker

* Please read the guideline carefully before your submission


  • All abstracts will be submitted to peer-review, coordinated by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance/Rejection will be emailed to the corresponding speaker after the the approval from Bahrain Health authority-NHRA , together with further details.
  • The thematic Topics serve as inspiration but any submission outside these tracks will receive full consideration.
  • Abstracts must be in English. Non-English-speaking authors are encouraged to have their abstract checked for grammar and spelling.
  • Choose appropriate thematic Topics from the list. Please ensure you choose your areas and topics in order of relevance.
  • The acceptance of a submission does not imply any financial assistance, travel arrangements or accommodation. Speakers are advised not to arrange travel until acceptance notifications are sent via email.
  • Following acceptance, Speakers need to complete the SPEKAER ONLINE FORM on the website which will be sent to them after Obtaining Bahrain health authority approval.
  • the conference committee cannot guarantee specific time or date for the scheduled lecture, and that last-minute program changes are possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The scientific committee will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided in the Lecture.
  • Speaker Should disclose to the scientific Committee any commercial relationship that creates a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest.
  • Speaker Should refrain from overt statements or pointed comments that disparages the rightful dignity and social/Culture equity of any person or group.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book and Conference Website.
  • By submitting your Abstract, you grant permission to the Conference Committee to take photographs/Videos of you during the entire event and to publish them in any media channel for marketing Purpose.


The following requirements need to submit on the submission page:

  1. Name of the Speaker, affiliation, present position, qualification, Hospital/institute Name and country.
  2. Lecture Title: (Maximum 10 words) Titles exceeding the limit will be edited. The abstract title and text may not contain trade names. We reserve the right to replace trade names in accepted abstracts.
  3. Lecture Duration: (60 minutes Maximum).
  1. Lecture Abstract: (Maximum of 200 words), Lecture Abstracts must be structured, prepared in English language not exceeding 200 words, Scientific Committee reserve the right to edit abstracts, if necessary, for clarity, grammar, style, and length, the final presentation should cover the same content as described in the abstract.
  2. Learning Objectives: (5 Objectives required).
  3. Speaker’s Short Biography: (Maximum 40 words).
  4. Clear Scan copy of a valid Practice License (e.g.: NHRA license, SCFHS license, DHA license…etc) If not available, please provide a copy of the last academic degree (MSc or PhD or recognized training board)
  5. filled and signed NHRA declaration from (you can download the form on the next page).
  6. filled and signed Disclosure form required by the SCFHS (you can download the form on the next page).
  7. speaker’s Photograph – must be in PDF format or PNG.

The Scientific Committee will review your paper and will communicate with you to check which event/conference in our agenda matches your proposed lecture.
